Just completed a 5 days cleanse. The juices were well mixed and thought out. I like that they label the bottles so the sequence is obvious. Juices are delivered daily instead of a 3 days worth delivery. I have so many favourites but what stood out is the nut milks. I love the last bottle of the day, so satisfying. Be prepared to be taken care of as Gus guides you to pre-cleanse, during and post cleanse. Will definitely juice with Mou Gou again. Thank you for taking care of me.
Did a 1 Day juice cleansing for the first time and I could already feel the difference! The juices actually kept me so satiated that I don’t crave for food or even water. i love all of the flavours other than the one with celery but I Guess it’s not really that bad afterall since I managed to gulp it down. To be honest, I felt more energetic and the most obvious results were that the redness on my skin subsided and my tummy got flatter! I would definitely do this again for my cleansing detox routine. And I have to mention how thoughtful Gus is as she does check on my progress and feedbacks constantly.
The taste is very okay! Initially I was hesitant as my friends who've did juice cleanse with other brands shared with me their bad experience ... BUT I enjoyed everything of my 1-day Juice cleanse with Mougou Juice! Except bitter gourd but that’s biased cos I don’t like bitter gourd haha! 😂

Did a 1-day cleanse and I like the detox juice , I think is really easy for me to drink and taste good too. I don't feel hungry at all and the coconut juice really make me feel so full after taking it before 8pm. I think I can do this again very soon 😊 Thank you

I loved it that Mougou Juice labelled its bottles from one to six so it was easy for me to identify the order in which I was supposed to take the juices.
I always look forward to the last juice of the day, Golden Cashew milk with Turmeric and sweetened with medjool dates. So creamy and delicious 🤤

I am really glad that i did this 2-day juice cleanse, not going to lie, it was tough (especially on day 1). But i feel great and purify inside and out by clearing toxins from my system (really felt slightly difference this morning after day 1). It has definitely boosted my health (not just mind & body but well-being too), feel lighter and more performant.
